About Arvada Rent-Alls
OUr History
Arvada Rent-Alls was founded by local Arvada businessman Art Tidwell in late 1963. The company began as a modest franchise boasting an inventory of just $15,000 in rental equipment. Over the years we have grown to become one of the Denver metro area's largest independent rental centers as well as one of the largest Stihl dealers in the state of Colorado.
Art was respected as a humble man and was well liked by those around him. He based his business on honesty and integrity, and always gave his customers the benefit of the doubt. He had a sense of humor and loved to talk with his customers, much to the consternation of his wife, Georgianna, who often worked the front counter with him. Art was active as a Shriner, was a member of the Elks Lodge, was a past president of the regional American Rental Association and served on the Legislative Committee for the association as well.
Although Art passed on in 1994 after a battle with cancer, the attributes that built the man are carried on in the business philosophies of Luke Heesacker and Andrew Heesacker - the president and vice-president of Arvada Rent-Alls.

I rented an aerator to get the lawn ready for those May flowers and green grass after a good sprinkler shower!
The rental process was quick and stress free. After they got me dialed in with my address and email, I laid down my credit card, signed the rental form, and then was directed to pull around back where I was met by one of the outdoor service representatives.
He hooked me up with a receiver-hitch and gave me a quick orientation of how the gas powered aerator worked.
He then secured the trailer/aerator to my van with the hitch and safety chain.
Note: Gas is included with the rental!
I also received a 20% Military Discount, as an honorably discharged Veteran.
The aerator worked great and I had my small yard done in less than 20 minutes!

Delivery and Policies

1. We offer delivery throughout much of the Denver metro area at an additional charge. Rates vary by distance and equipment rented. Call for details.
2. Our mountain delivery range is limited. Call for rates.
3. We charge for holidays and days we are closed.
4. You are responsible for all equipment from the time it leaves our property until it is returned.
6. Our rental rates vary by time out and time used; it is your responsiblity to understand these rates. Your prompt return of equipment will save you money.
7. Overtime is charged for use beyond 8 hours daily or 40 hours weekly. Call for additional details.
