Andrew Heesacker Named 2025 Man of the Year by the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce

We are incredibly proud to share that Arvada Rent-All’s owner, Andrew Heesacker has been named the 2025 Man of the Year by the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce. This honor, one of the most prestigious recognitions in our community, is awarded to individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment to Arvada through civic leadership, generosity, and lasting impact, and we can’t think of anyone more deserving.

A Legacy of Service and Community

Andrew officially joined Arvada Rent-Alls in 2013, continuing a family tradition of service to the Arvada community that began with founder Art Tidwell and was carried forward by his father. Under Andrew’s leadership, Arvada Rent-Alls has grown into far more than an equipment rental company. It has become a trusted partner to non-profits, community organizers, and event coordinators across the city, regularly donating equipment and volunteer hours to fundraisers and civic events.

The values that guide the company, “Own it, On it, Improve it, Respect it,” are reflected in everything Andrew does, both in business and in the community. His word is his bond, and his consistent actions have earned him a reputation as one of Arvada’s most reliable and generous leaders.

A Civic Leader Through and Through

Andrew’s impact stretches well beyond the walls of Arvada Rent-Alls. He currently serves as a Greater Arvada Chamber Board Member and actively volunteers with Team Rubicon, the National Western Stock Show, and Hope, Connection & Community. He has also brought valuable experience through past service on the Arvada Economic Development Association Retention Committee and as a Regional Director of the American Rental Association.

In both 2024 and 2025, Andrew was recognized as a Colorado Titan 100, an honor reserved for the region’s top business leaders who exemplify exceptional vision, leadership, and passion.
